Started a new campaign last week. I've been itching to play GW for years and years!
We had a diverse group: 1 PSH, 2 Mutated Humans, 1 Mutated Bull, 1 Mutated raven, and 1 Mutated wolf. The mutated bull was ridiculous in that his strength was high because he rolled attributes well, then randomly received Taller and Mass Increase. He simply smashes whatever he touches, but of course his Dexterity is really low.
The mission is to simply escort a princess to her betrothed. The princess brings with her 4 bodyguards as well. The beginning of the adventure saw them face 13 Osquip. One PC was knocked unconscious but he survived the fight. As the Osquips were surging over each other to get at the PCs, the Mutated Bull smashed 2 with one blow (natural 20).
Then they faced 3 Blackuns and a super huge Blackun. The normal ones were easily dispatched while the princess pulled out a rifle and killed the huge one with one shot. This was primarily to introduce the PCs to an ancient rifle. They'd heard of guns but have never seen one.
The PCs then went through an Orach Gate (the same as the jumps found in the Deathlands series of books). They explored the redoubt quickly, found a hole had been breached in one of the hallway walls. The hole led to a Badder warren (the one found in Famine In Fargo). They quickly killed one Badder then realized they did not want to be there so they backed out of the warren.
They exited the redoubt and have camped for the night, which ended our session. Everyone had a good time. There were 2 people who've never role-played before, and 2 who haven't done it in many years. All in all, everyone got into their characters quickly and did well with them. The noob players learned alot about how to role-play.
I used top-down, color maps with a projector that displayed the maps on the table top. I created the maps using objects taken from the Dundjinni forums. What a great and helpful group of gamers! We also used minis for PCs and NPCs purchased from the D&D, Star Wars, DreamBlade, and Horror Clix lines. All very attractive and fun.
It was a blast and I can't wait to finish this part of the adventure.

Sounds like a fun game.
Is there a lot of post apocalyptic stuff for Dunjinni? _________________ Jack the sound barrier. Bring the noise.

Relatively speaking, there's lots more fantasy stuff. But there still is alot of modern objects and maps which can be used for GW. And of course, fantasy objects work well in GW too. Especially in my world, which tends to be more on the primitive side with ancient objects thrown in.

That sounds awesome! Do you got pictures of the set up? _________________

What do you mean, Malcadon, "of the set up?" Do you mean maps I've used, or photos of the game group in "action?"
I don't have photos of the group, but I have lots of top-down maps created by myself and others that I could post.

By set-up, I mean the projector, and the maps projected on the table.
I think I seen pictures of projected game maps inline, and I find that to be vary interesting. I like to play HeroQuest, and such a set-up sounds like it could help produce elaborate layouts without having to fumble around with floor-tiles or 3D dungeon sets.
If you don't have pictures, them don't worry about it - I was just curious. _________________
